The inspiration behind Energy Boost

We all have those days when we feel a little lacklustre, irritable and low on energy. Stressful jobs, responsibilities and other worries can leave our energy levels depleted and we can experience muscle tension, low mood and lack of motivation.

To help you in those moments, we created our Energy Boost blend. This blend is all about freshness – refreshing your body and mind and helping you shed a layer of weariness, lethargy and passivity.

With minty fresh, uplifting peppermint; zingy-ness from sweet orange; and a lovely, sweet-herbaceous note from rosemary, the blend is packed with positivity leaving your senses stimulated and your mind clear with that get-up-and-go vibe. One of my favourite routines is massaging a few drops of the body oil in the mornings, just after my morning shower. And don’t forget to bring your pulse point roll-on with you, ready to deliver your aroma boosts on the go.
