Each pamper box and collection set comes with the option to add FREE a personalised card with your message printed on it. To personalise your gift, you simply have to choose your preferred card template on the product page and provide your personalised message in the notes section at checkout. We will print your card on your chosen template and include it in your gift box. We offer free delivery on all orders over £30! For orders under £30, the standard UK delivery charge is £2.95 and express delivery charge is £6.95.  We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of placing an order. Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days, and express delivery 1-2 working days. So you should expect to receive your order within 4-5 working days from order placement with standard delivery and 2-3 days of placement with express. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery section for more information.  

Your order will be dispatched and delivered in a discreet brown mailer box to avoid ruining any surprises! All mailer boxes, filling, tape and shred is recyclable. 

We do not include any billing or payment information for orders being sent to a UK address. We know how much our customers love to buy Clarity Blend products, but we also know how much they LOVE to gift them too! For orders being sent to an international address, we do need to include a commercial invoice within the parcel to ensure customs clearance. This does mean that any item being sent as a gift will include a commercial invoice. We try to make this as discreet as possible, however it must be on the parcel to ensure it can be delivered. This will also allow the recipient return any items to us free of charge if they are not be suitable!

Due to the personalisation element with each order, we are typically unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to help!

If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details which you can find in your dispatch confirmation email. It may be that no one was home when a delivery attempt was made, so the courier may attempt to re-deliver this to you on the following working day. The courier will keep you up to date and will update your tracking details with each movement of your order. Yes, all our formulations are completely vegan and gluten free. We use 100% natural essential and carrier oils in our blends making all our gifts suitable for vegans. 

We believe in being fully transparent with our customers, which is why we disclose the full list of ingredients for each of our products.
