Lavender is the queen of essential oils and has a calming fragrance. It has powerful skin-preserving qualities and is a wonderful aid in the process to regenerate cells.

Eucalyptus thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties of eucalyptus essential oil, it is particularly beneficial for sore muscles. Eucalyptus is also very refreshing and brings an instant uplifting and lightness.

Clary Sage has a sweet and slightly nutty scent. Its joyful ‘letting go’ quality lifts the mood, whilst it also acts as a tonic to many body systems.

Patchouli is the base note in this blend providing a deep sweet and earthy scent. It has an antidepressant quality calming the nervous system.

Bergamot has a citrusy and fruity quality that brings brightness, positivity, and happiness.

Lemongrass is a stimulant for the mind and emotions helping to reduce tiredness, fatigue, apathy, and lack of motivation. It is stimulating, energising and reviving in a subtle but effective way.

Black Pepper warming and spicy, Black Pepper enhances the senses and brings a sense of clarity that can aid focus and motivation.

Cedarwood comforting and calming, Cedarwood is the star ingredient in this blend with its sweet tenacious, woody-balsamic undertone.

Juniper Berry has a distinctive crisp scented oil that stimulates and strengthens the nerves and dispels anxiety.

Grapefruit a proud member of the citrus family, Grapefruit essential oil is zesty and uplifting bringing a high-top note to the blend.

Frankincense is associated with spirituality and meditation and brings a mystical warm and spicy aroma to the blend. Frankincense has a calming effect on the emotions and relieves stress.

Peppermint initially feels cooling and refreshing and then it gently warms the skin. It helps to clear the head leaving us feeling fresher, revived, and awake.

Rosemary is referred to as ‘the activator’ because it is a vibrant and stimulating essential oil which awakens the senses and revives and refreshes the body and mind.

Sweet Orange is the top note of this blend bringing a zesty and an uplifting note.

Arnica Flower Extract scientific studies have indicated that Arnica can reduce inflammation and has traditionally been used to ease stiff joints and sore muscles.

Almond Oil is light, vitamin-rich oil which is suitable for all skin types but especially for sensitive skin. It helps soothe dry, irritated skin and prevents moisture loss.

Jojoba Oil contains minerals vital for the protection and nourishing of the collagen. Readily absorbed, it is an excellent carrier for essential oils.

Epsom Salt is rich in Magnesium, a nutrient known to ease pain and relieve inflammation, making it beneficial for regenerating sore muscles.
